Part of our program includes junior showcases, football tours and training clinics for male and female players. Adelaide Stars Football Academy is affiliated various Professional Serie A B and C Italian Club. Our Director Robert Dello is the official Australian based Scout and Football Representative of Female Serie C club.
A women's section was created in 2023 to allow local and international footballers to play in the Italian leagues. After brilliantly winning the League and the Cup in its first season, our first team will play the 2024/25 season in Serie C, the third national division of Italian football.
The U19 is to be considered like a reserve team that not only serves as a base for the first team, but it also the link with our Academy made up of 4 teams of only selected players (U17/U15/U12/U10).
Some exciting news to come out of the Adelaide Stars 2019 Italy & Slovenia Football Tour in October with our goalkeeper, Dawson Bojanić (2003), has been contracted by Professional European Club NK BSK Bijelo Brdo. Croatian Prva Liga Liga, 1st league, 2nd level of Croatian Football pyramid. We wish Dawson all the best in the future.
